What a fantastic BIG4 holiday park. We stayed in the safari tent, and it was immaculate, well set-up and very spacious. The facilities and grounds are well maintained, and all staff we encountered were accommodating and friendly. We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.
We stayed for a long weekend with a large number of other families. The park and cabin were very clean and tidy with good customer service. The kids enjoyed the pool, playground and jumping pillow. We used the camp kitchen a number of times and enjoyed being able to purchase a fresh morning coffee. We immediately booked again for next year.

Everything about this place was amazing! Call ahead and ask for a renovated unit! We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit that was recently renovated and it was fabulous.
Only downside about this place was the 1 ply toilet paper 😅😅
We stayed twice - had one great experience, one terrible experience. first time we stayed the power went out in the whole suburb and the owner went around and got free generous pizza orders for everyone who didn't have power to cook - including tents. Amazing and unexpected. Second time we stayed our camp site got ransacked and robbed 3 out of the 5 nights we were there, service desk 's response was 'its a camp site, thats what happens'. Big4's website states "At BIG4 our number one priority is the health and safety of our guests" so with that in mind - and as we camped with 2 little kids - it was a response to stop us coming back.
Excellent holiday park. Check in process was very smooth and the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be to service the bathrooms more often as they tended to get dirty very quickly.
We stayed for 7 days as my daughter was having intensive therapy.
I can't fault anything this park had everything we needed.The cabin was spacious and well equipped,warm and welcoming. We even went swimming in their heated pool It was winter and chilly. The staff were very helpful . The park is great for kids to plenty to do and large zoo animals at each tent.
Cant wait to go back !!

Great fun and well equipped, as long as you dont mind not having a TV or enough coffee!!
There wasnt adequate bedding for the number booked so like camping, kinda had to inprovise.
Great bbq out under the verandah to use and outdoor bath definitely would be ised in the hotter months!
Great facilities, playground, pool and activities room for all ages of kids.
Our tent backed onto the main road so was very loud at night until the cars stopped.
